SpeedTouch 330 USB modem for XP

How to set up your new SpeedTouch330 modem in Windows XP

The following is a detailed guide designed to help customers using Windows XP set up their connection to the internet. Before using this guide please ensure that you have placed a Micro Filter into every phone socket that uses the same phone number and has a phone or other device plugged into it. If the socket does not have anything plugged into it, it does not need a filter.

1. In your starter pack you should find the Starter Guide, in which will be the SpeedTouch330 installation driver. Insert this disc into your CD drive. It should run automatically, if it does not Click Start, Run, and type D:\setup.exe into the Run box, where D is the letter of your CD-ROM drive.

2. Click on Speedtouch USB/330 Software
